2. Shipping & Delivery Estimates

Once your package is picked up by our logistics partners (including BlueDart, Delhivery, Shadowfax, and Xpressbees), delivery typically requires approximately 2–5 days depending on your destination tier and pin code.

• Overall Estimated Timeline: 5–8 business days from the moment of order placement.
• Shipping Charges: Free shipping across India on orders over ₹999. Orders below this threshold carry a nominal flat shipping fee of ₹99.
• Nature of Estimates: All quoted dates are estimated and non-guaranteed. Unforeseen courier operational interruptions, high seasonal volume, or regional check-post delays may impact transit.

3. Delivery Exceptions & India Post Service

Certain regions across India (including remote areas of Jammu & Kashmir, Ladakh, North-Eastern states, and Andaman & Nicobar Islands) are not serviced by standard private air couriers. In these areas, shipments are routed via India Post / Government Postal Network or surface freight.

4. Real-Time Order Tracking

The moment your package is manifested and an Air Waybill (AWB) is generated by the carrier, you will receive an SMS and email notification containing the courier partner name, tracking number, and live tracking link.

You can also check live status at any time via your order confirmation link or our studio support portal.

5. Unserviceable & ODA (Out of Delivery Area) Pincodes

While our logistics network covers over 27,000 pincodes across India, occasionally a specific village or remote rural outpost may be classified as temporarily unserviceable or Out of Delivery Area (ODA). If your pincode is unserviceable by all partner carriers, our support team will reach out within 24 hours to arrange an alternate delivery address or initiate a 100% refund.

6. Transit Delays & Escalation Process

We monitor shipments actively. While most deliveries conclude within 5–8 business days, external factors such as extreme weather, natural events, state elections, or carrier technical delays may cause hold-ups.

Escalation Window: If an order has not experienced a delivery attempt within 15 days (Air transit) or 20 days (Surface / India Post transit), it qualifies for priority carrier escalation, reproduction, or refund under our fulfillment escalation protocol.

7. RTO (Return to Origin) & Undelivered Orders

A delivery attempt may fail due to one of the following courier-verified reasons:

• Incomplete or unlocatable address / missing door number
• Customer contact number switched off or unanswered repeatedly
• Customer requested a future delivery date or self-pickup and did not collect
• Premises or office gate closed during business delivery hours
• Refusal to accept the parcel at the door

Courier partners usually make 2–3 delivery attempts before initiating a Return to Origin (RTO). Re-dispatch of an RTO package requires address verification and re-shipping fees.

8. Address Accuracy Requirement

To ensure smooth delivery without delay or RTO risk, please ensure your delivery address includes:

• Flat / House / Floor / Building Number
• Street / Road / Colony Name
• Nearby Landmark (e.g. Near Metro Station / Opposite Bank)
• Accurate 6-digit PIN Code
• Active 10-digit mobile number with WhatsApp/call access

9. Lost in Transit Shipments

If a courier partner formally acknowledges a package as "Lost in Transit" in the tracking telemetry, MUDDLY will immediately arrange a priority reproduction and dispatch of your garment at zero cost, or provide a full refund per your preference.
