1. Intellectual Property & Brand Rights

All content, including the MUDDLY wordmark, peace doodle logomarks, typography, campaign photographs, graphics, and apparel designs, are the exclusive intellectual property of MUDDLY Apparel Pvt. Ltd. and protected under Indian copyright and trademark statutes.

2. Orders, Pricing & Taxes

All product prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST). We reserve the right to cancel any orders in the rare event of inventory stockouts or pricing discrepancies.

3. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
